2. Access data and server log files

When this website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed so that the website can be delivered, operated reliably and secured. This may include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, transferred data volume, referrer URL and browser or operating system information.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of this website. Server log files are stored only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis, and are then deleted or anonymised.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, message content and any additional information provided voluntarily.

Processing takes place in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures or contract performance, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties and business partners.

The data is deleted once your enquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests in further storage remain.

4. Form processing via Netlify Forms

The contact form is prepared for Netlify Forms. When Netlify Forms is active, the data submitted through the form is technically processed by Netlify so that the enquiry can be delivered and made available in the form area.

Netlify may process, in particular, form contents, technical access data and information required for spam prevention. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable handling of incoming enquiries.

5. Cookies, analytics and external tools

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. No tracking tools, social media plugins or external fonts are loaded.

6. Recipients of data

Personal data is shared only where this is necessary to provide the website, respond to an enquiry, fulfil legal obligations or protect legitimate interests. For technical operation, external providers, in particular hosting providers, may receive access to technically necessary data.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to certain processing operations.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
